The MyCast 7 is a real universal talent. In addition to the obligatory CD playback and the ability to receive both FM and DAB+, the MyCast 7 also offers access to modern streaming services, including Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and Qobuz. Internet radio can be received via TuneIn and Bluetooth is of course on board. That all can be controlled with the convenient iOS / Android app.

Of course, classic stereo interfaces are also available. A total of three stereo cinch inputs are available, one of which can be used as a phono input. There are also two optical and one coaxial digital input. The speaker terminals are large and accept larger cable cross-sections without any problems.

The MyCast 7 can also be perfectly supported in the low-frequency range by an active subwoofer via “Sub Out”.

With 2x 45 watts at 6 ohms, the compact hi-fi system is powerful. Especially when you consider that these performance data are realized by a Class AB amplifier. Advance Paris deliberately decided against digital amplification and elicited maximum neutrality, detail, dynamics and clarity from the MyCast 7 for the most authentic and harmonious music reproduction possible.

The massive aluminum front looks very elegant, on which the control elements of the component, which are typically kept in silver and partially illuminated in white, are located. In addition to the aforementioned USB slot, there is also a connection option for headphones (6.35 mm) at the front.
