Delivery Conditions Switzerland/Liechtenstein

All prices in CHF (Swiss Francs) including 8.1 % MwSt. sowie SWICO Gebühr.

1. Payment
We deliver against prepayment or credit card payment.

2. Shipping costs
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 150.-.
Postage costs up to CHF 150.-: CHF 12.-.
Packages up to 30 kg are delivered by the postal service or the Planzer parcel service.
Packages weighing over 30 kg are delivered by our shipping company.

3. Transport insurance
All packages are insured for transport by us. Transport damage must be reported to us immediately by email. If damage to the packaging is discovered upon receipt of the shipments, this must be confirmed in writing by the postal worker or freight forwarder.

4. SWICO – fees are includedin our prices!
Since Jannuary 1st 2002 , an advance recycling fee has to be paid for each device. Old devices can be disposed free of charge at the appropriate collection points.
