The 8300MB is a small power pack that contains 250 watts of pure and balanced amplifier power. The full power of the 8300MB is delivered unconditionally to every speaker. Massive power reserves are available and are capable of powering and controlling even the most powerful loudspeakers. This latest development from Audiolab offers a fully balanced power amplifier that gets the most out of the RCA and XLR inputs. This makes the 8300MB the perfect partner for the M-DAC, even with long cable lengths.
Pure power
The 8300MB is perhaps the perfect example of audiolab’s goal of reproducing music with confidence and detail. Not only is the 8300MB an extremely powerful amplifier, offering 250W of pure power with high current capability, but it also features a fully balanced output stage.
Internally, the 8300MB is constructed as two complete power amplifiers connected to the speaker terminals via a jumper. Each power amp is fed from one of the balanced input terminals, therefore the 8300MB operates as a fully balanced amplifier through to the speaker output.
