The DB2D uses the same 25cm woofers as the top-of-the-line 800 D3 series loudspeakers and a highly efficient 1000 watt amplifier and intelligent DSP technology. This optimizes the bass throughout the room.

The new subwoofer model DB2D from Bowers & Wilkins convinces thanks to its 1000 watt amplifier, the two symmetrically arranged 250 mm aerofoil chassis known from the 800 series Diamond and the incredibly stable housing, which minimizes unwanted distortion. The DB2D is characterized by agility and precision. It is incredibly flexible and cuts an excellent figure in home cinemas, custom installations and 2-channel hifi systems. Like all DB Series subwoofers, the DB2D can be easily configured and controlled using a mobile app. Available for iOS and Android devices, this app provides helpful positioning, setup, and troubleshooting tips.
