The Composer 3X Performance is a balanced high-end DAC, equipped with Burson’s top technology. No oversampling, no bass boost, no IC operational amplifiers – no gimmicks. Burson’s Composer 3X Performance uses native digital signal processing that minimizes distortion and delivers sensational sound precision. As a preamp it is phenomenal with its low output impedance and two gain stages, making it perfect for all amplifiers and powered speakers.

Short signal paths, a high-quality ESS Saber32/9038Q2M chip and a massive power supply ensure maximum precision and the unmistakable timbre known from Burson. Equipped with the Qualcomm/CSR8675 Bluetooth receiver (24 bit/96 kHz/aptx HD) and the XMOS USB receiver (PCM up to 768 kHz/DSD512), the Composer 3X Performance can be easily connected to all PC, Connect Mac, iOS and Android devices – ready for a variety of applications and a guarantee of transparent sound with an incredible wealth of detail.
