With the Pearl Sub, Cabasse presents the first wirelessly networkable, active 1.2-inch subwoofer for maximum dynamics and control with deep bass. Carbon speaker connectors on the rear panel allow for the supply of any satellite speakers with up to 600 watts of peak power per channel – thanks to the Pearl Sub’s integrated power amplifiers.

With patented DEAP technology, the Cabasse Pearl Sub also features unique sound optimization for perfect operation with Cabasse iO 3, Riga 2, or Baltic 5 speakers. Efficient CRCS room correction, high-resolution streaming via cable or Wi-Fi, Bluetooth™, an optical digital input, an analog RCA/Cinch input, and Ethernet and USB ports impressively round out the complete features of the Cabasse Pearl Sub, which is available in matte white and matte black.

The Pearl Sub is equipped with a 25 cm woofer with a linear excursion of up to 30 millimeters. It is powered by 2,000 watts (peak power) for truly spectacular low-end levels and exceptional bass dynamics. Furthermore, the integrated satellite amplification provides enough power to more than adequately drive iO 3, Riga 2, and even Baltic 5 speakers.

The Pearl Sub integrates seamlessly with Cabasse’s StreamCONTROL multi-room system and allows playback of all types of audio files: from MP3, AAC, and WMA to ultra-high-definition AIFF, FLAC, and ALAC files, whether stored on hard drives and computers, or streamed from internet radio stations or online music services (Qobuz, Deezer, Spotify, Napster, Tidal). The Pearl Sub can also be voice-controlled using the Google Voice Assistant.

The Pearl Sub comes with an ergonomically designed Bluetooth™ remote control with a sophisticated finish that fits easily in the palm of your hand and controls the subwoofer easily and intuitively – making your smartphone obsolete.

The Pearl Sub’s spherical shape, reminiscent of Pearl speakers, is striking – and just as striking for its premium materials. It features no fewer than four coats of matte lacquer, resulting in a perfectly finished surface. The sphere is adorned with a silver ring, a reinforced double shell with a glossy finish, and a magnetic metal grille bearing the Cabasse logo. To add further elegance to the cabinet ensemble, Cabasse placed the cabinet on a folded, chrome-plated steel base that makes the subwoofer appear almost suspended in midair.
