Striving for the best sound means a lot of hard work and the use of the latest technologies. The optically and technically revised GLE loudspeakers benefit from the progress that we are constantly making in loudspeaker development. First and foremost, our outstanding titanium drivers should be mentioned here, which are allowed to move into the current GLE series. Our aluminium-manganese tweeter system with a 25 mm dome is well-engineered and tried and tested. In the GLE 30, it ensures the finest highs and an enormously detailed sound. The ideal playing partner is the powerful 174 mm bass-midrange speaker with titanium membrane, which can reproduce deep tones powerfully and precisely in the optimally tuned bass reflex volume. Its light and yet extremely rigid membrane guarantees balanced and neutral mid-range reproduction with excellent detail resolution. The mid-bass drivers are equipped with stable polycarbonate baskets, powerful magnet drives and the latest generation of triple-folded wave surrounds, which means that the loudspeakers can play very dynamically with the slightest distortion. The GLE 30 compact loudspeaker plays up to 40,000 Hertz – thanks to its precisely calculated and optimally shaped waveguide with ideal sound radiation also to the side of the loudspeaker.

Harmonious in proportions and neutral and modern in design, the 2-way compact speakers GLE 30 can be used universally: free-standing on the matching LS 660 feet, on a rack or on a shelf. Due to their harmonious proportions and the attractive housing variants in black, white or macassar, our GLE 30 are suitable for any living environment. The fronts of the GLE 30 Center are painted matt black or satin white. An adornment for the current GLE series are the black or white fabric covers, which are magnetically fixed to the baffle. They are generously rounded at the corners, giving the compact loudspeakers an independent, attractive face. The 36 centimeters high, 19 centimeters wide and 27 centimeters deep GLE 30 weigh a little over six kilograms.
