The Power Sub 10 is particularly uncritical in the set-up due to its “room compensation circuit”, which allows a three-stage adjustment of the low-frequency reproduction and thus always enables clear and precise bass reproduction of the Power Sub 10.

The Power Sub 10 active subwoofer from Canton works according to the bass reflex principle with a down-firing passive membrane. In order to guarantee precise mechanical performance, it is equipped with a generously dimensioned drive including the latest generation of wave beading technology. The wave surround, which has been folded several times, enables a significantly greater stroke and reduces sound distortions compared to conventional surrounds. For maximum precision and correct impulse processing of the low-frequency signals, we use a high-performance titanium woofer chassis and a passive radiator with a rigid MDF membrane for the Power Sub 10. With a peak output of 330 watts, the powerful active module supplies energy in abundance for the woofer duo, which is equipped with a long-throw 257 mm subwoofer chassis. Deep black bass with precisely defined contours and high overall dynamics make the Power Sub 10 the ideal playing partner for stereo and home cinema systems. And with housing dimensions of 32 x 43.5 x 45.5 cm, the 15 kilogram subwoofer remains pleasingly compact. Its automatic switch-on and switch-off enables convenient everyday operation and thanks to the ability to adjust the volume, phase and crossover frequency, the Power Sub 10 harmonises with all stereo and home cinema speakers. The sound-transparent fabric front coverings stick magnetically to the baffle, and their generously rounded “corners” give our Power Sub 10 an independent, attractive face.
