Our Townus series – timelessly elegant
Our brand new speaker series Townus: created for the urban lifestyle – from the heart of the Taunus. We proudly present the “Townus” to you, with which we want to appeal to all people who value timeless design and high-quality appeal. Based on the roots and the location of our company headquarters, in the middle of the Hessian Taunus, we have created the same-sounding name Townus for the new speaker models. The newly created Townus series impresses with its timeless, elegant design and high-quality materials – ideal for urban people who value design and quality. In the neologism Townus, we also refer to the connection between the modern and vibrant life in a Town and the rather quiet and rural Taunus, where the creators of this timeless and modern speaker series have their origins.

The 2.5-way center speaker Townus 50 draws attention to itself with its harmonious proportions and rounded edges. The elaborately finished surfaces and the screwless integration of the drivers into the baffle make the Center Townus 50 a jewel in any living environment. Its rounded housing edges not only give the Townus 50 an elegant look – they also improve the sound radiation of the center. Flawless surfaces in satin or high-gloss finishes and fine real wood veneers with a perfect finish underline the premium claim of the new Townus loudspeaker series. Other visual highlights are the high-quality aluminum rings of the speaker chassis, which are manufactured using the steamless diamond cut process, and the fabric panels with rounded corners that adhere magnetically to the baffles.

The Townus 50 Center is equipped with high-quality technical components: guarantors for the well-known good Canton sound and an extremely high level of reliability. Two 154 mm mid-bass drivers with titanium membranes suspended in the long-throw, low-distortion wave surrounds and a 25 mm aluminum oxide ceramic dome tweeter with a precisely calculated wave guide deliver ideal sound radiation up to 40,000 Hertz.
