Hifiman Edition XS Magnetostat Headphones

The Hifiman Edition XS is a headphone that is characterized by a wealth of detail, dynamics and a precisely wide soundstage. With its musically balanced sound with a slightly warm note, the Edition XS is a lot of fun.

The Edition XS also has a lot to offer in terms of technology: The stealth magnet design developed by Hifiman includes a special magnet construction that allows the sound waves to flow through the magnets without generating interference and thus for an accurate sound throughout frequency range. Hifiman’s NEO Supernano Diaphragm is an ultra-thin driver foil, which is 75% thinner than previous models and therefore extremely responsive. This creates a detailed, voluminous sound image. The Hifiman Edition XS magnetostat headphones also provide a very precise spatial representation of the sounds, so that each sound is clearly separated and can be easily localized in the room.

The balanced, transparent sound signature of the Edition XS allows you to listen to music for hours without tiring. The ear pads are oval in shape and fit both small and large ears without creating uncomfortable pressure. The headband can be adjusted and adapted to any head size. For connecting the headphone cable, the Edition XS has a 3.5 mm connection on both headphone cups, which are particularly robust. The headphone cable is detachable and can be replaced if necessary. The cable is fitted with a 3.5mm plug and a 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter is included.
