10 flexible ports
Four fiber optic SFP ports allow the input and output of fiber optic network signals and completely electrically isolate your sensitive HiFi components from the rest of the network.
Six copper RJ45 ports offer the flexibility and convenience of connecting all your devices to the same hub. This eliminates the need for cheap (and electrically unreliable) switches near your hi-fi system and ensures stable, reliable cable connections.

Internal, extremely low-noise linear power supply
This extra-large toroidal transformer, directly derived from our award-winning U2 and T3X models, continues the focus on low noise that characterizes the entire LUMIN N1.
Unlike conventional network switches that rely on interference-prone external power supplies, the LUMIN N1 houses its powerful linear power amplifier in a shielded enclosure to eliminate any interference with sensitive network signals.

External 10 MHz clock
Although the LUMIN N1 has a highly stable internal clock, the 10 MHz BNC input allows synchronization with an external master clock.
This synchronization is ideal for use with the clock output of the LUMIN U2X or a third-party master clock and ensures system-wide coherence based on a low-jitter, uniform clock reference.
