The ST-2 universal stand was developed with the aim of being able to position a wide range of compact speakers at the perfect listening height. In addition, it was developed with the Monitor Audio Gold 50 6G , Gold 100 6G and Platinum 100 3G in mind; both speakers are designed to be securely mounted on the ST-2 stand. The ST-2 stand thus ensures that you enhance your listening experience as a whole: with technical precision and realistic sound.

Designed for an optimal listening experience

To ensure optimum strength and a perfect listening experience, the design team at Monitor Audio carefully selected the materials used to construct the ST-2 stand. A high-quality dampened extruded aluminum pole piece, a precision-machined steel plate and a die-cast aluminum base, together with height-adjustable spikes and feet derived from the Platinum 3G series, ensure that the ST-2 stand is extremely stable, firm and secure when placed in position.

The design is in the details

The ST-2 has some clever design features: The central pole piece is not only acoustically lined with absorbent material, but can also be filled with additional insulation material and has a separate channel for integrated cable management. The top plate is equipped with isolation pads that sit between the speaker and the surface of the top plate to reduce vibrations between the speaker and the stand. In addition, additional weight plates in the die-cast base reduce the pendulum effect that can arise from a front-heavy speaker. Thanks to these carefully thought-out details, the ST-2 stand offers the absolutely perfect base on which your speakers can develop their full performance.
