The Rega ANIA PRO is part of the moving coil pickup family and features the vital needle grind known from the APHETA-2. The profile of this needle shape is designed to get the maximum information from the grooves.
The ANIA-PRO is characterized by a tight bass, smooth mids and clean high-frequency reproduction. The result is a very balanced and detailed sound.
As with all Rega MC systems, the new ANIA-PRO has a hand-wound microcoil that is installed in a high-rigidity polysulfide housing. This design allows precise alignment of the system body.
