Rega Elicit MK 5

is the name of the latest REGA integrated amplifier, whose new design fits seamlessly into the rest of the Rega product range.

It is based on earlier circuit technologies and uses the multi-award-winning Rega Class A/B power amplifier circuit to deliver a powerful 105 watts per channel into 8 ohm loads. Power is supplied by a generous, low-noise, multi-stage linear power supply, with the supply for the digital and analog sections being galvanically isolated.

The Elicit MK5 is able to drive even difficult loudspeakers with ease and fits perfectly into any audio system thanks to its wide range of connection options. In addition to line, digital and a high-quality MM phono input (moving magnet), it also has a pre-out, a direct-in, a record loop function and a powerful headphone output.

Essential details of the Elicit were taken directly from the highly acclaimed Aethos amplifier. You’ll find that the same discrete FET-based preamp circuitry and Alps volume potentiometer are used to further enhance the tonal and technical characteristics.
