FIRST-CLASS MATERIALS

Like the Mediterraneo and Giglio products, the Pianosa offers a unique combination of high-quality materials and innovative technical solutions for the highest sound quality.

The Pianosa follows the company philosophy that characterizes the entire Gold Note turntable range. The insights gained in design and quality are also used here to achieve the best possible music reproduction.

The curved lines of the chassis, made from Italian walnut hardwood or black lacquered MDF, are crafted by skilled professionals who hand-work each individual piece of selected wood to form the heart of the turntable.

The wooden base is covered with a 20mm thick MDF board and reinforced with 3mm stainless steel, giving it incredible strength.
As a result, a level of sonic performance is achieved that exceeds expectations.
We use environmentally friendly protective lacquers for all our walnut turntables.

FIRST-CLASS SOUND

The electronic control is achieved via a 12V synchronous motor, which is also used in the top-of-the-line models. Together with the materials specifically selected for the Pianosa, this results in a vibration-free instrument, and thanks to the strong motor action, it offers maximum dynamics and fine resolution.

The Pianosa also features our precision platter bearing with the tightest possible tolerances. The spindle is made of hardened chrome steel and is precisely matched to the chrome bearing ball to ensure perfect concentricity and low rumble.
