NAD C 658 – Preamplifier with integrated Bluesound streaming D/A converter MDC phono & headphone output.

The NAD C 658 is a new type of stereo component that opens up completely new possibilities in audio reproduction. Because the preamplifier, with its two optical and coaxial digital and analog high-level inputs, is not only ideally equipped for the playback of all classical music sources, but also for all modern and future media: The integrated Bluetooth® module not only accepts music streams from the smartphone or tablet in the highest aptX™ HD quality, but also sends it on to another Bluetooth® receiver, e.g. wireless headphones. The C 658 connects to the home LAN or WLAN network as well as online streaming services or Internet radio stations and other BluOS™ players or music servers registered in the network via BluOS™. But that’s not all: Two MDC slots are available on the rear of the preamplifier to accommodate modules for connecting HDMI A/V sources or future technologies. And so that the stereo system always sounds optimal, the integrated Dirac Live® room correction precisely adjusts the sound parameters of the C 658 to the acoustics of the listening room.
