The Minisub Hybrid cable was typically designed as an active subwoofer cable. It is extremely flexible and features an attractive, cream-colored jacket that blends harmoniously into any environment. This makes it ideal for longer subwoofer connections and any application requiring a highly flexible and cost-effective cable.

The combination of superior transmission quality, very low conductor-to-conductor capacitance and high shielding factor, as well as high mechanical flexibility and long service life, is not entirely easy to handle, but has nevertheless been successfully implemented.

Features of the Minisub Hybrid:

The symmetrical construction consists of two inner conductors, each with 12 x 0.15 mm² strands (each AWG 24, with red or black polypropylene foam insulation).
The conductor material is large-crystal OFC wire (approx. AWG 24) with a dense silver coating.
Double shielding, with one shield saturated with LSC, for optimal protection against unwanted disturbances and interference from external radio frequencies and other electromagnetic fields.
The external 5.0 mm connector. The cable jacket is made of Hulliflex®, a material with superior properties compared to, for example, PVC. Hulliflex® gives the Minisub Hybrid a very long service life without showing signs of aging.
Capacitance between conductors: 44 pF/m, resistance of the conductors: 8.5 ohms/100 m, shield resistance: 1.7 ohms/100 m.
The cable jacket is cream colored.
Available as a single subwoofer cable with RCA/XLR connectors in lengths of 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0 m.
